DNP Graduate Project Formatting Guidelines

Start here

Congratulations on your achievement!

The last step in your Graduate program is to submit your paper to the Library for archiving and public sharing.  Dissertations are made publicly available by the University for several reasons:

  • Your dissertation is part of the scholarly conversation.  This allows other scholars to build on your work, just as you've built on prior work.
  • As a scholarly community, we believe in knowledge sharing and transparency.
  • Your dissertation is your proof of mastery of your subject.
  • Your dissertation fixes when you completed your degree.

You are responsible for submitting a manuscript that complies with the formatting requirements of this guide and is free of errors. You and your committee are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the scholarly content in your manuscript.

If you are an Ed.D. student, see the Ed.D. guide here.
