Sometimes, even after going through the steps to find an article, you may get an error message indicating that the journal is not available.

If this happens, first be sure that you have typed the title correctly and edit your search if necessary. When you confirm that UMass Global does not provide the journal, try some of these additional options.

Interlibrary Loan
If you are unable to access an article or book chapter you need through the library or open access sources, the library may be able to obtain it for you from another library using our Interlibrary Loan services. If you need further assistance, you can Ask a Librarian for help.
