Abstract Page formatting

• Label as ABSTRACT in caps, and center justify this line. 
• Next line, include the full title of your dissertation (consistent with title page).
• Next line, include "by [Student's Name exactly as on title page. Note: "by" is lowercase.
• Assign the appropriate lower case Roman numeral as a page number.
• Text is double-spaced.

You will replace highlighted text.  The page in your document should not have highlighting.
